Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) Smart TVs can run Sphere IPTV with no extra box. You install an IPTV player from the TV's own app store, note the TV's MAC address and load your Sphere IPTV playlist. Here's the full process.

On Samsung press Home → Apps; on LG open the LG Content Store.
Search for IBO Player (or another player above) and install it.
Open the app: it shows a MAC address and a device key on screen. Take a photo.
Send the MAC address to Sphere IPTV on WhatsApp and we add the playlist for you — or add your Sphere IPTV M3U link yourself on the player's website.
Close and reopen the app. Your Sphere IPTV channels, TV guide and VOD appear automatically.
| App | Why use it with Sphere IPTV |
|---|---|
| IBO Player | stable on both Samsung and LG |
| Smart IPTV / SS IPTV | classic players with a simple layout |
| Hot IPTV | fast channel switching |
App names belong to their developers. Sphere IPTV is not affiliated with these apps. Some players charge their own small fee.

Yes. Install an IPTV player from the Samsung app store and add your Sphere IPTV login — no extra device needed.
LG TVs from webOS 4 (2018) onwards work best. For older models, a Firestick is the easiest option.
The player uses your TV's MAC address to link the Sphere IPTV playlist to your TV. It is not a password and is safe to share with our support.
